The following terms shall bind all users (Clients) of the 24option Trading Platform made available at www.24option.com (the Website) in respect to the various types of Trading Account (each an Account) made available by Richfield Ltd (the Company): (a) an upgrade to a new Account is always subject to the approval of the Company and such approval may be withheld or revoked by the Company at any time and at its sole discretion; (b) the Company reserves the right to amend any term or condition advertised in relation to an Account including (but not limited to) the return on investment and initial deposit requirement; (c) the services provided as part of certain Accounts including (but not limited to) alerts, personal training sessions, a personal coach or live trading with an expert shall not be construed as a form of investment advice and Clients should seek advice from an independent and suitably qualified licensed financial advisor in relation to their activity on the Website. These terms are in addition to the Client Agreement and other policies and terms and conditions which bind Clients in respect of their activity on the Site.
