  • How can I deposit?
    In order to deposit, log in to your account, and then click on Deposit button. Here are multiple deposit methods you can choose from. You can deposit using one of the following methods:
    1. Credit Card
    2. Electronic Payment
    3. Wire Transfer
  • What is the minimum initial deposit?
    After you logged in, you can check the minimum deposit on the platform by clicking on Deposit. The minimum deposit is the first fixed amount you see.
  • What payment methods are available for making a deposit?
    You may deposit funds through credit/debit card, e-Wallets and wire transfer.
  • How do I verify my deposit method?
    In case you placed a deposit with the card you will need to send images of the front and back sides of your card with the first 12 digits and CVV code covered. In case you deposited with wire transfer you will need to provide us with the confirmation of transaction you placed with us. In case you deposited with e-Wallet, you need to provide us with the screenshot of your e-Wallet account with your full name, email and e-Wallet number visible.
  • How are my banking transactions secured?
